Christian works with International Students during the Undergraduate Admissions Process.

About Me:  I joined the Admissions staff at Marywood in September 2000.  I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kansas State University in Art Therapy with a minor in Sculpture in 1997 and then my Master of Science in Secondary Education Counseling from Marywood University in 2007.  I currently work with international students and help them with the admission and acclimation processes.

My Hobbies: I am currently restoring my home which is over 100 years old.  I also enjoy cooking, gardening and I'm a big Eagles and Flyers fan.
 
My Favorite Thing About Marywood: The sense of community around campus.

My Favorite Place On Campus: The Rotunda in the Liberal Arts Center

You'd Never Guess: I lived for one year in the Czech Republic where I taught English conversation. 

My Best Advice: Research your major.  Talk to someone who is in the field you are interested in entering.  Ask them what an average day is like and what they needed to do to get where they are today.
